Salary: £30-40,000 Dependant on experience

The practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality architectural solutions, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Relevant Architectural Technology degree.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for a variety of projects.
  • Work closely with architects and other team members to ensure designs are technically accurate and feasible.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and technical standards within the practice.
  • At least several years of experience as an Architectural Technician.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD would be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
