Architectural Technician

Location: Warwickshire

Salary Expectations: £35-42,000

I am working with a leading architectural and interior design firm who is seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join its dynamic team in Warwickshire. The practice specialises in high-end residential and commercial projects and are renowned for their innovative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

The successful Architectural Technician will play a key role in developing detailed technical drawings, collaborating with architects and designers, and ensuring seamless project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software is essential, along with a strong understanding of current UK building regulations and construction methods.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • CIAT Accredited or working towards depending on your level
  • Sufficient experience post-qualification
  • Residential experience is beneficial
  • Understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of industry standard software
  • Keen eye for detail and innovative design flare
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction and material
  • Confidence to learn and manage projects from inception to completion
