Architectural Technologist

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £28000-£38000 (dependent on experience)

I am looking for a passionate and motivated Architectural Technologist with strong technical skills to join a RIBA chartered practice in Birmingham. The friendly team provide modern and creative solutions across their dynamic portfolio in the Commercial, Education, Conservation and Residential sectors. The practice has a focus on creating meaningful relationships with clients which is proven by the number of repeat clients.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have several years experience post qualification and should have brilliant technical skills. You will boast creative design flare and should have some Revit experience.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree, HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
  • Several years post qualification experience
  • Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Positive and driven approach to work
  • Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Able to complete work to deadlines
  • Revit experience is essential
