Job Title: Architectural Technologist

I am actively recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join a highly successful, well-established and reputable practice in Winchester. Their diverse portfolio of exciting, creative and award-winning projects span a range of sectors including major housing developments, historical restoration interiors and commercial. The technical expertise of over 100 employees and 30 years specialist experience have propelled them to become a leading Architectural Practice. The successful Architectural Technologist will have several years of post-qualification experience, strong technical and design abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction detailing and regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect/ Architectural Technologist:

  • On track for CIAT accreditation
  • Degree or HND/ HNC in Architectural Technology or related subject
  • Extensive post qualification experience
  • Attentiveness to detail
  • Ideally knowledge of traditional and classical architectural concepts
  • Experience in job running across all RIBA stages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong design and technical detailing
  • Proven record working on bespoke high end residential projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of building contracts and contract administration
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be a driven, ambitious and creatively minded individual
  • Willingness to travel within the UK
  • Positive and motivated attitude
  • Ambitious to succeed and progress
  • Live local to Winchester
