Salary: £30,000- 38,000 dependent on experience

I am actively recruiting for enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technologists to join an award-winning and thriving Architectural Practice in the lively city of Nottingham. This dynamic practice have cultivated a creative, innovative people focused environment from which exciting projects are delivered throughout sectors such as sports and leisure, heritage and residential. My Client are looking to expand their technical team and therefore are considering an Architectural Technologist with a couple years of post-qualification experience being a confident Revit and AutoCAD user with strong technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• CIAT accredited or working towards
• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
• Strong technical abilities
• Effective problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proactive approach to self-development
• Be able to work well within a team environment a well as independently
• Diverse portfolio of projects ion sector such as leisure, residential and commercial
• Confident producing high quality technical drawings
• Through knowledge of current building regulations
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD would be ideal
• Strong time management and organisational skills
