Salary: £35,000-£42,000

My client is searching for a passionate and detail-orientated Architectural Technologist with brilliant technical abilities to join their award-winning, RIBA chartered practice in Birmingham. The practice prides itself on having repeat clients and providing services across all RIBA stages of Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Residential projects.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have extensive experience running projects and working on commercial projects. You will be CIAT accredited, or working towards accreditation, and will have exceptional technical abilities whilst being proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
  • CIAT accredited, or working towards accreditation
  • Assist in completing technical drawings
  • Confident running projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with the team to produce Revit models
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
  • Conduct site surveys and contribute to feasibility studies
  • Previous experience working on commercial projects
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
