A fantastic in-house solicitor opportunity has arisen with one of our more interesting clients; a design practice in London.

Our client seeks a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in non-contentious construction law gained either in-house or from private practice, with experience in the following areas:

  • Standard Terms and Conditions
  • NDAs
  • Sub-Consultant Appointment Contracts
  • Setting up projects both in the UK and outside of the UK

You will be responsible for advising on the setting up of projects both inside and outside the UK, including the constraints of working in non-UK jurisdictions, working with external legal and insurance advisors as necessary and make recommendations on the structure of project contracts to protect the company best.

Part-Time Role

The role is a 3 day-per week role with hybrid working.
The company's office is based centrally in London.
