Our customer is a leading tour operator in the travel industry, specialising in Arctic and Nordics travel and offering unique, tailor-made travel experiences. As part of their rapid growth, they’re now looking for an Arctic Travel Specialist to join the team.

Job Description:
  
As an Arctic Travel Specialist, you will create luxury tailor made arctic and Nordic journeys for their global audience, building customer relationships, and closing sales to boost profits and ensure client satisfaction.
  
  • Get to know the customers needs and create amazing tailor made journeys
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues promptly
  • Keep up to date with products to confidently guide your customers
  • Keep updated on industry trends, to report on ways to enhance products
  • Make sure all sales paperwork, is always accurate and completed timeously
  • Work well with the remote team and management on digital platforms
  • Available to attend meetings and training sessions when required

  • Experience as a travel consultant is essential for this role
