Area Sales Manager – London

Up to 40k + car allowance + excellent commission
 
I am excited to be searching for an Area Sales Manager London for my client, an award-winning brewery based in Berkshire. From humble beginnings almost 30 years ago, this craft brewery has grown steadily through its team of dynamic and passionate brewers who continuously push the boundaries of new beer flavours and styles. The brewery is dedicated to using the finest quality, locally sourced ingredients.
 
This Area Sales Manager role will aim to identify, win and secure listings for the range of brewery products within Independent Free Trade and Leased and Tenanted pubs across the London. In existing accounts, grow the volume by increasing range and providing them with tools to increase rate of sale.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • To be an ambassador for the brand in London region
  • Sell into pubs, independent convenience stores, off licences and specialist shops such as garden centres.
  • To work with other sales team members to deliver the income budget.
  • Manage your budget and P&L, raising opportunities and risks to the Head of Sales on a weekly basis.
  • Attend relevant events and trade shows, networking with industry contacts to grow brand awareness.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports
 
Area Sales Manager Profile:
 
My ideal candidate will be highly driven and results orientated with a desire to achieve targets. Sales experience within the On Trade/Wholesale sectors is essential but not necessarily from the beer world! This role will suit an energetic and focused individual with the ability to present with confidence and have good communication skills.
