Area Sales Manager – North East England:

Responsible To: National Sales Manager
Location / Area: NE, DH, SR, TS, DL, YO, HU, BD, LS, HG
Must be located in the region and possess a full driving licence.

Basic Salary + Bonus: Competitive salary + 50% bonus earning potential
based upon the achievement of agreed KPIs
Benefits: Car Allowance, Private Medical Insurance, Pension EE contribution 3% / ER contribution 5%, Life Assurance x 2, SIP, 25 days annual leave entitlement + 8 bank holidays
 
Principle Responsibilities:
We're seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team, dedicated to sustaining and enhancing our business growth in the independent sector, covering DIY, electrical, lighting, and home entertainment.
Working closely with our National Sales Manager, you'll manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities in the NE of England.
This includes fostering relationships with major national accounts, independent builders merchants, and expanding the distribution of the product portfolio.

Ideal Candidate: Essential:
Demonstrated field-based account management experience in the DIY and/or merchants sector
OR
Essential: Previous involvement in the electrical industry
Strong dedication to sales and exceptional customer service
Self-motivated with a proven track record of surpassing targets and KPIs
Organized, reliable, and adept at both independent work and collaboration within a team
Excellent time management skills, able to handle diverse tasks and work well under pressure
