Area Sales Manager - London & the South East

• This is a field sales / specification role representing a leading manufacturer
• You will target M&E contractors, Regional Developers and to a lesser extent M&E consultants identifying, tracking and following projects through to completion (delivering CPD presentations, dealing with Estimators, Technical Managers and Project Managers).
• Working within the specification team you will working on projects of all sizes.
• This organisation have pedigree and are heavily specified so the incoming Area Sales Manager will benefit from a strong brand, pipeline and solid relationships that can be developed.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager - HVAC

• HVAC / plumbing heating / electrical / lighting experience sales experience with M&E / developer route to market experience
• You must have sold into M&E contractors / Developers

• £50K negotiable
• £80K OTE
• Hybrid company car
