National Visual Merchandise Manager | Lifestyle Brand | Package up to £55,000 + Benefits

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a National Visual Merchandise manager with a leading lifestyle brand. You will already be an area VM role. This role is responsible for leading two regional vm's and reports to head of brand, supporting all stores in your area with training and implementing seasonal strategies based on global guidelines.

National Visual Merchandiser Responsibilities:

  • Promote product commerciality through innovative in store presentations.
  • Utilise sales reports to drive effective floor presentations
  • Review performance of product sales, working closely with store managers
  • Provide feedback to global teams
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of competitors
  • Coach and train in store teams on the brand aesthetic and VM practices.

National Visual Merchandiser will have / be:

  • Min 3 years within national VM leading a team of visual merchandise managers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Hands on approach
