Art and Photography Technician

Location: Middlesex
Salary: £20,611 to £24,996 (Actual salary for 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year)
Post Type: Full Time Term Time

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist staff and students in various art and design activities.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain equipment and materials.
• Demonstrate equipment and processes, including darkroom, photographic studio software, and printmaking facilities.
• Supervise classes during Active Learning Facilitator sessions.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in Art and Design.
• Experience in an art and design related role.
• Proficiency in screen printing and general printmaking techniques.
• Good working knowledge of digital and traditional photographic techniques.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility.
• Enthusiasm for working with young people in a creative environment.
