Job Title: Artwork Coordinator

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract year MAT cover (possibility of becoming ongoing contract)

Working Pattern: Full Time

Location: Maidenhead and then moving to Slough from 2025.

Our client, one of the largest global chocolate companies based in the Thames valley, is seeking an Artwork Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the creation of remarkable products. With over 300 new packs produced each year across multiple categories, including cakes, cookies, ice cream, and hot chocolate, our client offers a unique and diverse working experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment of new packaging designs with legal text, flagging any inconsistencies.
  • Become an expert in the "FlowZone" system used for art approval.
  • Project manage technical and artwork projects from concept to final approval, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Drive consistency in packaging text and design across all categories.
  • Be the key link between R&D and the Operations Artwork Team.
  • Provide support in updating technical documentation and maintaining accurate supplier information.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Outlook) and willingness to adapt to new systems.
  • Ideally, experience in artwork and/or technical documentation administration in a food business or FMCG.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills.
