Role Overview:

As our Direct to Garment Printer and Artwork Assistant, you will be at the heart of our production process. Your role will encompass the operation of our Brother GTX printer, managing and dispatching digital orders, and ensuring our artwork is flawless. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, photographers, and printers, making sure every detail meets our high standards.


Duties include

  • Working on a Brother GTX to produce printed garments for B2C and E-Commerce orders.
  • Daily despatch of digital orders through UPS or Royal Mail
  • Photograph samples to send to clients for approval
  • Confidently speaking with clients on the phone and email
  • Filling of work manually and on computer
  • Communicating with printers and screen makers daily
  • A good understanding of the screen-printing process

Skills

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Computer Literate and experience of MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of photography
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and enjoys a lively working environment

Starting salary = £24,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience.
