Artworker - Branding & Promotional Products

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester

Company: A global leading agency within promotional products.

Role: The company is seeking to add more artworkers to its team. As an artworker, you will be passionate about design and artwork, and you will ideally have experience within branding.

Ability to produce commercial, high-quality artwork is essential, you will also thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be fluent in the adobe create suite.

As an artist, you are responsible for creating 'print-ready’ production artwork for all customer orders as well as artwork proofs for customer approval.

• Create print ready artwork
• Text setting
• Creation of layouts / designs with customer artwork
• Full redraws of logos / other artwork where necessary
• Review / oversight of artwork produced by a 3rd party provider
• Advising the sales team on suitability of customer artwork prior to order
• Identifying possible alternatives in the event of problems with the print area, print colours, item colour and / or product materials
• Working to tight deadlines (all art jobs on same day / next day turnaround)
• Working on predominately promotional materials

Requirements:

• Ability to create artwork
• Experience ideally producing artwork for branding and promotional products
• Adobe Creative Cloud skills specifically Illustrator & Photoshop
• Coreldraw advantageous
• Proven experience of artwork creation and manipulation to a high standard
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of working with style guides
• You can take ownership of own artwork
