ASB Officer
 
LOCATION:              Bristol, Gloucester, Bath, Cheltenham, Weston-super-Mare
HOURS:                    37.5
SALARY:                   £30 - £35k
DURATION:               Perm
Are you ready to make a real difference in the community? Our client, a national Housing Association is looking for an ASB Officer on a permanent basis and be part of a dedicated team across Bristol and serving customers across Somerset and Gloucestershire. With a starting salary of £30,000 to £35,000, this is your chance to proactively manage a complex caseload and contribute to creating safe and inclusive environments for our residents.
  • Proactively manage a complex caseload and seek creative solutions for positive customer outcomes
  • Contribute to shaping sustainable communities and fostering a safe, inclusive environment
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partner agencies
Preferred Requirements:
  • Previous experience of handling complex ASB cases
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • Experience of dealing with challenging behavior and resolving conflict
  • The ability to establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience of delivering ASB-related housing management services
  • Transferable skills and experience from a similar type of customer-facing role
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
