Asbestos Analyst (P403, P404)

£30,000 - £38,750 + Benefits

Slough, Berkshire

A new opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and ambitious Asbestos Analyst to join a growing, UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy with an office based in South London. Due to a sharp increase in Commercial workload, Penguin's client has a very active need for a BOHS P403 and P404 qualified Asbestos Analyst to join their team

As an Asbestos Analyst, you will be required to carry out background and reassurance air testing, produce high quality reports, liaise with clients, and ensure all work is carried out in line with HSG: 248 guidelines.

As an Asbestos Analyst you must have:

  • BOHS P403 + P404/RSPH3 certification with a minimum of 6 months field experience or proof that you can work independently
  • A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential
  • Good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and HSG248 'The analyst guide' in relation to asbestos
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under their own initiative and as part of a team
