A new opportunity has arisen within a market leading Environmental Testing Laboratory, who are UKAS accredited and deliver high quality and efficient asbestos and environmental testing services to clients in both the public and private sectors.
To be considered for an Asbestos Bulk Analyst position, all applicants must possess the BOHS P401/RSPH3 qualification with ideally 6 months + experience working within a laboratory. A good eye for detail is essential, along with good IT skills. In return, you can expect to receive a salary between £22,000 - £27,000 (dependant on experience), aswell as excellent training and development opportunities to further your career.
Key Duties of an Asbestos Bulk Analyst:
- Preparation of samples for analysis
- Analysing samples for asbestos content
- Database entry and contract administration
- Producing accurate reports to be sent to the clients
- Assisting the lab supervisor with any ad-hoc duties
Role Requirements:
- BOHS P401/RSPH3 qualification
- Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Quality driven with a high attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent team player
