My client needs an Asbestos Surveyor to help them increase their reach in the industry across London. The role will be majority residential work within the outer boroughs of London, there is commercial work that will revolve around Central London. My contact was keen for me to mention that the company always will progress surveyors to get them into dual roles as they have a large analytical side to their London based business.

Essential requirements:

- BOHS P402 certification with a minimum of 12 months field experience

- Experience of working on projects in the domestic sectors

- Full UK driving license

- Flexibility to commute and complete out of hours/weekend work

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

As an asbestos surveyor you will be involved in:

- Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties in the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.

- Compiling comprehensive reports to be sent to clients

- Ensuring all work carried out is to UKAS standards and in line with HSG:264

- Building and maintain strong client relationships

- Assisting with any queries and provide technical support
