Key Responsibilities of the Asbestos Surveyor:

• Performing management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
• Operating on commercial, industrial, and residential sites within the London and the Southeast
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients, colleagues, and the public
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of asbestos legislation to ensure compliance with company policies and UKAS accreditation

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• BOHS P402 Certification
• Valid UK Driving License
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Strong reading and writing skills
• A diligent work ethic
• At least 2 years of experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
