Penguin Recruitment's client has more than doubled their Asbestos turnover in the past 5 years and they plan to do the same again by rapidly expanding throughout the UK, so they are keen to find well experienced and qualified asbestos surveyors to help pave the way for this new expansion.

Understandably, such a large company that looks to gross £40,000,000 by 2029 won't have any Asbestos Surveyors standing around. It will be a fast paced environment with a mixture of sites. You will have some say over which you prefer as there is such a wide variety, personal preference is taken into consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys across sites.
• Stay current with asbestos legislation, guidance, and industry best practices, including maintaining UKAS accreditation and adherence to quality management arrangements.
• Personally commit to staying informed about technical expertise and remain aware of prevailing issues in the sector.
• Take individual responsibility for achieving billing and productivity targets.
• Foster an open, honest company culture that values everyone's opinions and contributions.
• Contribute to cultivating a positive company culture.
• Promote a culture that positions the company as a learning organization, receptive to challenges and open to change.

Required Qualifications:

• BHOS P402 qualification.
• Full UK driving license.
• Proficient knowledge of IT and TEAMS.
