Asbestos Surveyor

Commercial and Domestic (30/70)

£30,000 - £36,000 + Company Van, Fuel Card, Basic Holiday including Public Holidays

Wolverhampton, the Midlands

Our client, a leading Asbestos Risk Management Consultancy are on the look-out for an experienced and self-starting Asbestos Surveyor to conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of commercial projects located across the Midlands and surrounding areas.

On offer for the an experienced Asbestos Surveyor is a very competitive salary of up to £36,000 + a full benefits package which includes a company vehicle, smart phone, working away supplement and expenses, 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays and further training opportunities to develop your skill-set.

Role Requirements:

  • BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified with a minimum of 1 years' experience in asbestos surveying
  • Ability to undertake R&D asbestos surveys on large scale commercial premises
  • Full UK driving license and willing to commute
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and experienced in producing asbestos reports electronically
  • Broad understanding of HSG: 264 and the asbestos legislation in relation to asbestos
