My client is a rapidly growing environment company who are looking to expand their already highly respected and established team to meet with the demanding requirements within the commercial and housing sector. My client is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to join their team to help meet these requirements and excess in this exciting opportunity.

Asbestos Surveyor requirements:

Along with holding a P402, you are required to have:

• Experience in conducting UKAS accredited asbestos surveys to a high standard
• Full driving License and driving experience
• Agreement to DBS check

Responsibilities as an Asbestos Surveyor:

• Conducting UKAS-accredited Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys.
• Staying updated on asbestos and health & safety legislation, UKAS standards, and industry best practices.
• Working flexibly across offices or client sites as required.
• Complying with quality management, assurance, and audit processes.
• Ensuring timely delivery of work and meet legal obligations.
• Engaging in ongoing training and development.
