Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role - Aspiring Assistant Psychologist

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join a supportive primary and secondary school in Tower Hamlets as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with young people and eager to grow within the field.

Role Overview:

Support students with SEN needs in Education and Training

Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position

Based in Tower Hamlets

Long-term role with potential teacher training or psychology pathway

Immediate or September start

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other needs

Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists

Help with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement

Participate in regular training and development sessions
