Key responsibilities as CPM Specialist for QIS
- Serve as a portfolio expert on QIS investment products to both internal and external clients of the division and firm
- Write code to solve analytical problems and produce analysis on markets and investment strategies
- Work with team members to execute portfolio customisation analytics for clients and internal strategy research
- Contributing in the creation of though leadership publications
- Work closely with sales force and prepare relevant marketing materials (Powerpoint / Excel)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree (Undergraduate/Masters/PhD) in quantitative discipline preferred (including engineering, mathematics, computer science, mathematical economics, etc)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong programming skills (i.g. Python, Matlab or other languages)
- Flexibility and confidence to take on many different types of problems and tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
- ESG and portfolio construction related background is beneficial
- Understanding of portfolio construction, preferably experience in portfolio optimisation with regard to ESG related portfolio level tilts
- Curiosity about quantitative investments and data-driven sustainability characteristics
- Ability to work independently in an accountable manner
