Job Title: Asset & Building Safety Officer
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £41,325.00 per annum (£43,500 per annum is achieved after 18 months successful performance in the role) 
Working Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Location:  Hybrid, Irvine

The difference you will make as a Asset & Building Safety Officer
You will support the Asset Operations Manager to manage an effective and risk-based program of building safety across Riverside Scotland. Implement and ensure delivery of a robust contract management process across all areas of building safety and compliance. Support the delivery of a high-quality capital works programme for Riverside Scotland. 

We are looking for someone who has:
  • Relevant qualification in construction management or working towards
  • Relevant qualification in energy efficiency/carbon literacy or working towards
  • Experience of high value budget management across capital and revenue expenditure 
  • Sound understanding of financial control measures. 
  • Experience of delivering Asset management functions within a social housing environment.
