We have a current opportunity for a Team Co-ordinator on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and will be a hybrid model of working which includes 2 days in the office.

You will be required to undertake a range of tasks within the Planned Maintenance Team of the Asset Management (AM) Department including:

  • Manage the issuing of orders and the monitoring of expenditure of the budgets managed by the AM department including Capital, Planned and Cyclical expenditure.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for members of the team, including Board and Senior Management Team papers.
  • Administering any programme of works required within Asset Management including organising appointments, compilation of agendas, taking minutes at meetings, compiling, and sending communication, raising orders, tracking progress, and collating post inspection data.
  • Regularly monitoring registers and databases ensuring they always remain up to date, by collating information from others, including members of the team and contractors.

To be considered for the role you must have :

  • Project Management experience
  • Finance/budgeting experience
