Based in Rochdale we are looking to appoint an ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT.

Our Client is a mix of traditional - supply and design combined with modern technologies and design - which has seen them establish themselves as a Global Market Leader.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT;

  • Annual Salary of c £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and qualification
  • Flexible hours - Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Friday
  • 25 days holiday PLUS bank hols

THE ROLE OF THE ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT;

Will suit either a Qualified by Experience or someone who has studied ACA / CIMA / ACCA and has passed some of the papers.

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager - this is a role for an open / flexible and mobile character. You will be expected to explore behind the scenes of the Business and Finance and take a hands on approach across Production / Sales / Design etc.

You will attend Weekly / Monthly Meetings were you will report and challenge across a range of Financial / Management Accounting entities.

You will also play a central role in the preparation of Month and Year End.
