Our client, a large premium brand franchised main dealership in Oxford has the requirement for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their successful Aftersales team.

Assistant Aftersales Manager Responsibilities
 
As an Assistant Aftersales Manager your responsibilities will include:
 
Provide day to day guidance, support and direction to Service Advisors.
Plan and allocate customers to the Service Advisors to ensure.
Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times.
Identify areas of improvement within the department for customer satisfaction and performance.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with customer, colleagues and suppliers.
 
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
 
Essential Requirements:
 
Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Assistant Aftersales Manager (or similar) within a Franchised dealership environment.
Similar - Senior Service Advisor, Service Team Leader, Service Reception Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager, Parts Supervisor.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Brand Accreditations
Kerridge or Pinnacle Experience
 
Remuneration & Benefits
 
Basic Salary of £36,000 - £40,000 DOE
On Target Earnings of £42,000 - £46,000
Great Benefits Package
 
Working Hours
 
Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
Saturday Mornings on a Rota
