We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Associate Principal with a strong background in Physical Education (PE). The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher who is passionate about education and leadership, ready to contribute to our school's continued success and development.

This position located in Grantham, is to work within a thriving and dynamic secondary school, committed to providing an exceptional education to our diverse student body. Their ethos is rooted in fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment where every student can excel and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the strategic leadership and management of the school.
* Support the Associate Principal in the implementation of school policies and procedures.
* Lead and manage the PE department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
* Develop and implement innovative PE curriculum plans that engage and inspire students.
* Foster a positive school culture that promotes student well-being, achievement, and engagement.
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning within the PE department.
* Provide professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with other school leaders to drive school improvement initiatives.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.

Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Physical Education.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a secondary school setting.
* Strong track record of improving student outcomes and driving educational excellence.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students and staff alike.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous improvement.
