Assistant Branch Manager

Job Title: Senior Property Valuer/Assistant Branch Manager/Sales Manager (dependent on person)
Location: Cannock
Basic Salary: Up to £30,000(depending on experience)
OTE: £45,000+ Uncapped

This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Birmingham City Centre office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday (lieu days applicable).

The Role Involves:

• Property valuations
• Pre and post data capture and reporting
• Touting and business generation
• Management of existing sales team and support system
• KPI targets exceeded
