Joining a growing, dynamic beauty business and supporting across a number of their successful masstige brands, you’ll be joining a dynamic and skilled brand team to drive brand and product development.

With full sales channels to market; bricks and mortar Retailers, e-Tailers as well as those overseas. Product innovation is at the heart of their success. You will support the planning process; maintain and develop the NPD pipeline; analysing trends and competitors as well as executing marketing communications and activities with key retailers and supporting the sales team with presentations and analysis.

The successful candidate will be ambitious and strong academically, ideally holding a good level degree/equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline such as Marketing, Business or Brand. A creative thinker able to present ideas to senior internal stakeholders, able to respond well under pressure.
Although Beauty brand experience would be highly advantageous its not essential, if you have operated within an FMCG organisation and a genuine interest in the Beauty/Wellbeing sector we’d love to hear from you.
As the role offers flexible working, you’ll be based both in their HQ in North Cambs for most of the week with some home working - a full driving licence is therefore a must.
