A well-known multi-disciplined property and construction consultancy are looking for a bright Assistant Building Surveyor to join their friendly Birmingham team.

The Assistant Building Surveyors' role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will benefit from diverse project exposure and a wide variety of sectors including hotel, leisure, education, retail, healthcare, office and public.

As well as this, the Assistant Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on professional services such as dilapidations, party wall, defect analysis and project focused services including contract administration, design and specification.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will hopefully be either on the APC pathway or keen to get the process started.

  • RICS Accredited BS Degree
  • 1 years' consultancy experience would be ideal
