£28,000 - £31,000 + bonus

O&CCare one of the UK's largest outdoor retailers, trading as Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed & Snow + Rock and we are looking for a passionate Assistant Buyer to join our team in Kemble.

As an Assistant Buyer, your role will involve assisting the Buyer in selecting and purchasing a variety of technical outdoor and outdoor lifestyle clothing for retail stores, web sales, B2B, and mail order.

It is important to have extensive experience as an assistant buyer across various product categories, demonstrate strong commercial understanding and market awareness, and have worked with multiple brands. Additionally, a deep understanding of the snow sports and outdoor market, including expertise in clothing and a strong grasp of the competitive landscape, is required.
