Assistant Centre Manager – High End Property  
£38k - £45k

My client, a prestigious Property firm with multi-sites across London, are looking for a corporate, well presented and driven Assistant Centre Manager. You will work closely with the Centre Manager, supporting with a range of duties covering admin, operational and finance functions .

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your operational skills within a corporate, luxury firm dealing with a range of high-end clients.

The Role:

Centre Standards:
  • Ensure centre standards regarding cleanliness and hospitality are consistently maintained
On Site Staff Management:
  • Manage on-site staff including Client Experience Assistants (CEAs), cleaners, handymen and contractors.
  • Ensure daily job responsibilities of each team member are balanced and executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular team 1-2-1 meetings, set milestones, and create personal development plans.
  • Plan, execute, and document daily team meetings.
  • Approve the teams annual leave and document sickness Deputise for the Centre Manager as needed.
Operational Tasks:
  • Learn and adhere to procedures, setting a positive example at all times.
  • Organise and implement office decoration in show offices.
  • Execute client office moves and changes efficiently.
  • Actioning Health & Safety / Fire Safety Checks Client
Community Building:
  • Foster a sense of community between One Avenue and our clients.
  • Address client needs and queries promptly and effectively.
  • Organise client events to enhance engagement and satisfaction
Client Billing and Administration:
  • Manage client billing on an ad hoc basis.

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end, corporate setting
  • Candidates must excel in a fast-paced operational environment, adapting quickly to changing demands. The role requires multitasking and flexibility, as no day is the same. Those comfortable with unpredictability and dynamic priorities will thrive.
  • Possess an exceptional eye for detail and are committed to maintaining our high standards
  • Leads by example and carries out responsibilities with a hands on approach
  • Willing and ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Motivational and energetic leadership style with the ability to accurately assess others’ needs and respond accordingly
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable according to recipient and situation Extremely organised and able to stay in control under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload and remain composed as and when demands may change Sufficient self-drive to achieve one’s potential with the ability to work through obstacles with grit, determination and ownership
  • A desire to build a career in a space where continual growth and learning is required
