Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Chef to join our passionate and driven Catering team based at our client’s site in Canberra Way, Nursling

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and service of food and beverages using seasonal, fresh ingredients and working within the financial parameters of the contract.
• Implement and maintain statutory and company standards of hygiene, food safety and health & safety.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships both with company individuals and client personnel at all levels.
• Work within a team to ensure service excellence always.
• Actively working with the Chef Manager on events and themed days.

• As we are a 24 hour operation we have various shift availability including Evening, Weekends and Nights.
