We're currently working with a brilliant word leading mining business across the metals space. Listed on the US Stock market, with a strong head office presence based in Spain.

They're currently looking to bring on board their 1st external CoSec hire, working closely with the Chief Legal Officer, this person will bring knowledge and experience of working in a UK PLC. You will be bring a proactive and drive approach to the role, working across corporate responsibilites; Annual reports, AGMs, Modern Slavery, Governance & Board support, share plans and registers and more.

This is a great opportunity for someone part or recentlyqualified to take the next step in their career working closely with the Chief Legal Officer to cover multiple areas of the business, you will grow and develop with the business.
