Do you have previous Senior HR experience and a CIPD Level 7 qualification?

My client, who are in the Education sector are going through a period of change so they're looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives on a challenge.

You will be working in a professional environment where they offer a variety of benefits, including an on-site gym, concessionary holidays and flexible working.

As an experienced HR professional your duties will involve:

  • Developing and implementing employee relations strategies.
  • Acting as primary contact for grievances and complaints, conducting a variety of investigations.
  • You will line manage a team of Employee Relations Advisors and People Service Administrators, whilst conducting regular case review meetings.
  • Attending regular meetings with the head of facilities and divisions to update on cases.
  • Supporting managers on employee relations matters, whilst also managing your own small caseload.
  • Reviewing employee relations processes and procedures.
  • Reviewing occupational health revisions and supporting on HR audits and various HR projects.
  • Making any necessary changes that need to be made and improving existing processes.
