Catch 22 are working with an office services provider who have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join their dynamic and innovative office in Coventry. You will support the Facilities Manager in providing expertise across a broad range of assignments. Your role will involve ensuring the safe, comfortable, and cost-effective operation of offices in line with H&S and security policies.

Key Responsibilities and Experience:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations and carry out employee training.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and handle courier requests.
  • Conduct office building inspections and manage facilities projects.
  • Handle administrative tasks and support various projects.
  • Respond to team member queries via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Administer monthly team and vendor meetings, and facilities employee forums.
  • Process and monitor invoices and payments using CRM systems
  • Support out-of-hours business functions and emergency calls as needed.
  • Must have proven experience in Facilities Management
  • Strong communication skills and able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
  • PC literate, Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.

This is an excellent role for a Facilities Admin or Facilities Coordinator looking to progress their career in Building Services. This is a full time, permanent role, paying around £30,000.
