Job Title: Assistant Financial Accountant - Manufacturing
Location: Leicester
Salary: Competitive (Above Market Rate) + profit share
Hours: Monday - Friday (early finish on Friday)

Overview:

Macildowie are excited to be partnering with a fantastic, fast-growing Manufacturing business with multiple midlands sites for their offices in Leicester.

Due to significant business growth they are looking to recruit for an Assistant Financial Accountant to support the business through the next stage of growth and transition.

The Role:

Some of the responsibilities of the role include:

• Completing month end processes
• Payroll
• Bank reconciliation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Monthly reporting
• Insurances
• Assisting the wider finance team
• Involvement in company audits

About you:

• Flexible and adaptable mentality, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Intermediary to advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage 50 or similar)
• Logical and methodical way of working
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
