We are seeking an experienced and passionate food & beverage professional to join the management team at one of Edinburgh's finest hospitality venues. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will lead the F&B team, delivering exceptional service and standards across multiple food & beverage offerings.

You will play a key role in the daily management of the F&B department, which includes; 40 cover dining room serving breakfast, lunch & dinner; bar & lounge service; private dining & meeting rooms and large scale banqueting events for up to 150 guests.

Due to the nature of the venue candidates should have proven experience in fine dining & events management, possess an outgoing and friendly service approach, be highly organised and diligent in their work, willing to take responsibility and introduce innovative operational ideas and solutions.
