Our clients, a well-established multidisciplinary practice, who have considerable experience in environmental design and planning across a vast range of sectors, are currently looking for such an individual to join their team as an Assistant Landscape Architect.

Working hours:

  • Hybrid working 
  • Monday to Friday 
  • Full-time position 

The successful Assistant Landscape Architect will be offered:

  • Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

Assistant Landscape Architect requirements:

  • BA and/or MA/PGDip in Landscape Architecture
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience 
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp 
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written 
  • Ability to develop designs on paper, as well as digitally
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of the production of detailed design drawings and work stages 
  • Beneficial, but not required - experience in Artisan, KeySCAPE, QGIS, Vectorworks or Revit

As an Assistant Landscape Architect, your role will involve:

  • Involvement in a wide range of project types at all stages of the design and implementation process.
  • Collaborate with the wider team 
  • Conduct preliminary studies of the site
  • Accurately prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings of the re-design of the new site, including applications, construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD) packages or similar design software.
  • Ensure deadlines are met.
