Based in Morden, Southwest London, our client is a leading firm of independent Estate Agents who are expanding their current team.

They are currently looking for an Assistant Lettings Manager for their branch in Morden.

As the assistant manager you will be required to:

·Register applicants and match applicants to properties.

·Arrange and attend viewings.

·Conduct market appraisals and obtain new business.

·Give only carefully considered and qualified market advice.

·Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants.

·Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.

·Communicate with landlords with regards to marketing feedback, viewings and hot prospects, put forward offers from applicants and agree terms with landlords.

·Provide practical solutions to landlords with regards to achieving a prompt let.

·Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewing and lets.

·Progress transactions accurately and efficiently.

·Maintain office systems/software and working procedures

·Efficient diary management.

·Produce activity reports as required.

·Ensure effective teamwork and co-operation between staff.

Package -

·Basic Salary - £20-24,000 dependant on experience + Car allowance.

·Realistic OTE - £45,000 + Hours of work ·9:00 am to 6 pm

·You work every other Saturday with a day off in lieu
