Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 + Commission OTE £40,000 to £50,000 + Car Allowance
Our client is looking for an Assistant Lettings Manager with a fantastic personality to join a busy team in the great location of Morden.
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your amazing skills and further your career with a leading Estate Agency. As an Assistant Lettings Manager, you will have all the usual responsibilities including regular communication with clients, negotiating offers with landlords and tenants, and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.
Industry experience is essential for this role as a minimum you will need to evidence previous experience.

Essential Skills:
- Letting experience
- Knowledge of all legislation and procedures.
- Experience agreeing your own lets.
- Experience Managing and motivating a team.
- Excellent Knowledge of the North London property market
- An understanding of tenancy laws
