What you will be doing... 

As our new Maintenance Maverick, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance team alike, understanding the workload and ensuring that there is a clear plan in place to achieve daily maintenance tasks. This ultimately provides a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This means: 

• Making sure your team of Maintenance Assistants and Operatives have the tools, training and guidance to achieve their tasks safely and to a high standard. 
• Putting our guests first, you and your team will build positive relationships to resolve queries with minimal disruption to their stay with us. 
• Monitoring and checking your teams work, with a focus on continuous improvement. 
• Controlling your budget and making sure costs are controlled effectively. 
• Compliance is key! You will make sure all maintenance jobs are recorded accurately on our company system. 
• Planning, implementing and delivering winter and summer work programs of repair and maintenance.
