Assistant Management Accountant/ Management Accountant

My client in Garforth East Leeds is looking for either an experienced Assistant Management Accountant Looking for their next step up in their career, or a fully established management accountant for their excellent friendly and professional team. This client is a well respected market leader in their field who really value their staff. Full study support is also offered. Your duties will include:

Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts

• Analyse P&L variances and oversee reconciliation of Balance sheet control accounts
• Administer and Reconcile Invoice Finance
• VAT preparation and reconciliation
• Weekly Cashflow forecast and approve monthly Payment runs
• Reconcile Inter- company accounts
• Prepare Annual Budget Workings
• Prepare for Group audit and liaise with Group Auditors
• Support Group Finance Director to meet increasing business demands

What experience do we need?

• Management Accounts experience either QBE or Part Qual
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations
