Assistant Management Accountant
North Nottinghamshire
£30,000 - £35,000
Fixed Term contract - 9-12 Months
Our client based in North Nottinghamshire is keen to attract an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team on a fixed-term basis to start as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Finance Manager this role is broad in responsibility and is ideally suited to a Qualified by experience or part qualified individual with proven experience at this level.
Responsibilities

  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and variance analysis
  • Prepare variable cost data for review
  • Support in monthly management accounts production
  • Reconciliations
  • Manage fixed assets, including audits and reconciliations.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports for Head Office
  • Assist in the reforecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Liaise with auditors to meet deadlines and requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-site business in a varied and rewarding role. Its essential you have demonstratable experience of many of the key tasks above and enjoy working within a fast paced environment. You will possess strong IT skills (in particular your Excel skills are well developed). This role will interact closely with the business so your will enjoy communicating with your stakeholders and building strong working relationships. Our clients business is dynamic and fast paced, you will be able to manage your own workload and manage conflicting priorities. The team are incredibly supportive and will give you plenty of help to get up and running!
