I am looking for a Assistant Store Manager to take the helm of a successful store in Orpington!
My client specialises in the retail of quality home furnishings at affordable prices. Every employee is committed to offering the absolute best service, and their aim is to help every customer find the perfect furniture for their home.
In return they provide a very lucrative commission package, with a realistic OTE of £38k.
You will be managing a team in a strong sales environment so if you have run a showroom, or mobile phone store, or furniture store or similar this could be an idea role.
You will be:
* You are an excellent listener who takes time to understand the needs of the customer and
you will take a consultative approach to the sale
* A accomplished, motivational and inspirational Assistant Manager, you will be able to
deliver a great team sales performance.
* You will have the knowledge and skills to support the team motivating and coaching when
required and be able to step up and cover in the Managers absence.
* Target driven and knowledgeable of successful sales techniques and processes
