Assistant Manager - Responsibilities + Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail or leisure is required
• Must be self-driven and motivated to succeed
• This is a busy environment so must be able to work at pace and bring great energy!
• A passion for people with proven successes of involvement in leading and developing teams
• Delivering excellent guest experience consistently
• Resilient, adaptable and compassionate in approach
